Hey Everyone,
Tell us what's up! Through this blog we can keep in touch over the summer and say what's on your mind. If you see something in the news or something random comes to your mind talk about it here.
If you aren't much for meetings or feel intimidated talking politics in a crowd this is a relaxing, stress free place to discuss what's going on out in the world.
This election year is a big one. Not only will our presidential race be making history, but there is also a lot going on right here in Colorado. We have one of the top 3 senate races in the country and the best part is that our candidate, Bob Schaffer is here at our finger tips in Fort Collins. We also have big house and state senate races in town too.
One of our very own Rams is running for office too! Donna Gallop, a CSU faculty member, is running for House District 53 (that is us on campus, everything west of College Ave.) This is our chance to get a Ram elected to office and she definitely needs our help.
So don't be shy, talk politics among friends!

It looks like the general election is beggining to ramp up. The President will be speaking at CU Boulder on Tuesday and we’re teaming up with the State GOP and the College Republicans to have a big presence as the media arrives. And feel free to forward this along to your networks.
This is what we are sending to volunteers to get them to come out and bring signs to hold. Feel free to share because we can always use help crowd building!
What: Event in Opposition to President Obama’s Failed Policies
When: Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 9:45am MST
Where: Courtyard behind University Memorial Center (UMC), near the fountain
University of Colorado, Boulder
1669 Euclid Ave. (corner of Broadway & Euclid Ave.)
Why: President Obama will be at CU Boulder speaking Tuesday night, and we want him to know that he has failed to keep his promises to us. Gas prices are on the rise, college costs are skyrocketing, and employment for young Americans is at its lowest level in recorded history. He is failing our college students and recent graduates, and we deserve better. Make some signs telling the president how you feel, and come out to a peaceful event Tuesday morning prior to the president’s speech! Euclid
